The Minka Dress by LSF, an instant staple in cotton with all-over lofty flower and dot embroidery and panels of inset lace. Below a demure circle neck, pearlescent buttons descend down the length of the frock at center front. The slightly blousy bodice cinches at the waist and is framed by Victorian-style puffed sleeves with lace-trimmed cuffs.
